Comland Commercial PLC is an AIM listed property company based in South Bucks, between High Wycombe and Beaconsfield.

It owns and develops offices, industrial and retail property predominately in the M40 and M4 corridors.

The portfolio extends to in excess of 600,000 sq. ft. producing an annual rent roll exceeding £ 7 m.

The company started in 1997 as a de-merger from Banner Homes Group PLC. Stuart Crossley the founder of Banner Homes and his family remain Comland's majority shareholders. The portfolio has grown more than ten-fold since 1997.

The company continues to be highly acquisitive and is now looking to spread it's operation to a wider geographical area, as well as continue to pursue local opportunities.
